Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

• To initiate a return, please email us at info@malvikabunkar.com with your order number and reason for return.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged or defective.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are available for items of equal or lesser value.

• Please request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.

• Email info@malvikabunkar.com to initiate an exchange. Include your order number and desired replacement item.

• Additional shipping costs may apply if the replacement item has a higher value.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item.

• We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

• Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Important Notes

• Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged, except in case of damage or defect.

• We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the items are not in their original condition.
