Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
To initiate a return, please email us at info@malvikabunkar.com with your order number and reason for return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged or defective.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for items of equal or lesser value.
Please request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
Email info@malvikabunkar.com to initiate an exchange. Include your order number and desired replacement item.
Additional shipping costs may apply if the replacement item has a higher value.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item.
We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
Refunds
Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Important Notes
Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged, except in case of damage or defect.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the items are not in their original condition.
